and is the General Partner of Morlan Ventures LP. Morlan
Ventures Management Inc. provides general and project
management for Morlan Ventures LP and Georgia Street
Properties LLC.

Morlan Ventures LP is a Texas limited partnership with
limited partners David McLemore and Bobby Tolan and
general partner Morlan Ventures Management LP. Morlan
Ventures LP buys, rehabs and resells real estate and
invests in small businesses. It is the primary Morlan
business for the retail part of the real estate business but
also owns some of the long term real estate investments
as well.

Georgia Street Properties LLC is a Texas limited liability
corporation and is 100% owned by Morlan Ventures LP.
Georgia Street Properties is the primary Morlan business
for holding long term real estate investments.
